Lipton Teas and Infusions, formerly Ekaterra, is a global FMCG company based in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, that produces tea and other herbal drinks. It was formed in 2021 as a distinct division within Unilever as part of a plan to divest the majority of its tea-making business. In 2023 Ekaterra was rebranded and is now known as Lipton Teas and Infusions

The Engagement: A full PmaaS engagement for CMMA providing project management consultancy services for Network separation deliverables. Through collaboration with affiliates we also introduced Global network and restructure assurance services via one of our partner affiliates
The Deliverables: To plan and execute network divestment of c48 Sites (Production, R&D & Offices) across APAC, EMEA & AMER) from the core Unilever network. Deliverables were spread across 2 distinct deployment waves in line with the commercial TSA. Aligned with Global Partner deliveries from Accenture (System integration), Verizon (Network), Geostream (Global network and restructure assurance) and EY (Global Governance and EPMO)
